DATAFILE: CH3SCH3...Cl_UrbanskiWine(1999)_294K_280-450nm.txt
NAME: dimethyl sulfide-chlorine adduct
FORMULA: CH3SCH3...Cl
AUTHOR(YEAR): UrbanskiWine(1999)
T: 294K
λ: 280-450nm
BIBLIOGRAPHY: S.P. Urbanski and P.H. Wine, "Spectroscopic and kinetic study of the Cl-S(CH3)2 adduct", J. Phys. Chem. A 103, 10935-10944 (1999); DOI: 10.1021/jp992682m
COMMENTS: Time-resolved ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy has been coupled with 248 nm laser flash photolysis of Cl2CO in the presence of DMS (CH3SCH3) (and in some cases O2, NO, or NO2) to generate the CH3SCH3...Cl radical adduct in the gas phase and study its absorption spectrum
